IMPORTANT DEBIT CARD CONVERSION NOTIFICATION
To better serve our members, Tulare County Federal Credit Union will convert to a new debit card processor on Monday, August 18, 2014. During this conversion, you may continue to use your current Debit Card. We have worked diligently to ensure there is no interruption during this process. However, if you should encounter a decline on a PIN based transaction at a merchant, please try and have the merchant process as a “credit” transaction on your Debit Card. If this does not resolve the issue please contact Tulare County Federal Credit Union immediately at 559-686-1791, or you can call the new 24 hour Debit Card support number at 1-855-735-0531.
Will I receive a new debit/ATM card?
No. You will not receive a new card until your current card expires.
How do I activate my new card?
You can call 1-800-992-3808 from your registered phone number and you will be prompted to enter your card number and the last four digits of your social security number. If you should experience any issues, we may need to update your information on the system. Please call us at 559-686-1791.
How will I be affected during this conversion?
Most of our members will not be affected during this conversion, however, if you should have any issues processing a transaction or have additional questions, please call us directly at 559-686-1791, or the 24 hour support number at 1-855-735-0531.
Can I still access CO-OP Network ATM’s surcharge-free?
Yes. You may continue to use CO-OP Network ATMs. You can locate a CO-OP ATM using our free mobile app, which is now available in the Apple App Store and Google Play. Or you can send a text message to MYCOOP (692667) and add your zip code as your message. You will receive a response with nearby ATM locations.
Will my card limits change?
No. Your limits will remain the same.
Can I change the PIN on my existing and/or new card?

Will I have to change any direct debits that I have setup with my current card?
No. Your scheduled transactions should not be affected during this process unless you received a new card with a new card number. If your card number changed, please contact the merchant and give them your new card number.
